At DAIXLaser, we take pride in the quality of every product we create. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues that affect the normal use of your product.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from your approved order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable solution at no additional cost.

Warranty Exclusions

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
• Minor variations in engraving depth, color, or material texture that naturally occur during the laser engraving process.
• Errors in customer-provided text, photos, or design files that were approved before production.
