Every DAIXLaser product is custom laser engraved and made specifically for you after your order is placed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and engraved within 1–4 business days after payment has been confirmed.

During holidays or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor its delivery status.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. DAIXLaser is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
